                              Mrs. Mroz 's Kindergarten Class/ North Branch Elementary School

 Dear Parents/Guardians,

        I would like to extend a sincere welcome to you and your child to North Branch Elementary School.  My name is Patricia Mroz.  I have been  teaching for eleven wonderful years.  It is my belief that a child has to become involved to learn.  They have to see, feel, taste hear, and smell to become fully engaged.  Becoming involved sometimes means getting messy or dirty, wet or rumpled.  Please consider this when dressing your child and do not send them in clothing you don’t want soiled or stained.

    Lost and found is a big issue at this level.  To avoid problems, please be sure all your child’s belongings are marked with his or her name. (clothing, coats, backpacks, etc.)

    Newsletters will be sent home at the beginning of every other week and a folder will be sent home every day for daily communication.   Please check, initial and return the folder EVERYDAY.  Also, please place all notes, money (in a zip lock bag or sealed envelope), correspondence to school, etc. in your child’s daily communication folder.

   I believe that your child’s education is a cooperative effort between the school and the home.  I can look forward to a FUNTASTIC  year.
